Shelley Ryan's Background
Shelley Ryan's Experience
Chief Sharpshooter at Killer Webinars, LLC
April 2010 - Present
I took everything I've learned about web conferencing and online seminars so I can help people make smarter, faster decisions about their own webinar programs, especially for content marketing. I've got a knack for using technology creatively and for coaching presenters at all skill levels.
Online Seminar Director at MarketingProfs.com
February 2005 - April 2010
I wore many hats at MarketingProfs, the online destination for 350,000+ marketers. I started out as an active member myself while growing my own company, then happily dove into a short-term gig to help get their customer service processes and systems in place. I also did a huge amount of copywriting for promotions and announcements to MProfs members. As I helped the company grow, I learned many different aspects of professional marketing.
What was my favorite role? I played Den Mother to thousands of paid subscribers. I programmed, produced and promoted weekly online seminars featuring the biggest names in marketing. Result: More frequent broadcasts, increased participation, and higher ratings -- 65% of the seminars of the webinars I produced earned five stars from audiences.
